Job summary

Regal Bistro is hiring a part-time bartender in Miami, FL to greet guests, take orders, and craft drinks with full menu knowledge. You will ensure responsible service, check IDs, and handle payments smoothly while providing a welcoming theater experience.

Qualified applicants have 1+ year bartender experience, a valid ServSafe or equivalent certificate, and complete Regal beverage training. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with free movie passes and benefits noted in the description.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Must be 18 years of age with 1+ years of Bartender experience.
• Servsafe or equivalent food handling certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and upsell where possible.
• Know bar/menu items and make recommendations.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age (21+).
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the bar and lobby area.
• Process payments promptly for smooth service.
