Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. Assistant Manager position is responsible for assisting in the theatre’s daily operations and ensuring policies are followed to meet high service standards.

Role involves cross-training across departments and delivering inspirational training to employees, with progression to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond through the Management Accreditation Program after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Trains and coaches team members in their job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures team follows dress code and delivers superior customer service.
• Reports safety, security, and maintenance needs to GM.
