Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, train staff, and uphold policy compliance. The role supports the General Manager and coordinates across departments to deliver excellent guest service.

You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and cleanliness, and participate in reporting to leadership. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completes Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local permits where required.
• Alcohol service training for managers handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Supervise all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with policies.
