Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our theatres with a focus on guest experience and staff development.

This role trains team members, enforces policies, and supports the General Manager across departments to ensure service excellence. Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a high school diploma, complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basics.
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Alcohol service training if applicable.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and cash handling skills; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff across departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure facility and equipment are maintained and compliant with safety standards.
• Maintain dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Identify and resolve customer issues with urgency and professionalism.
