Job summary

Cinemark is hiring a Server to greet Guests, answer questions about the menu, and deliver food and beverages with speed and courtesy. You will learn the full bar and food menu to provide accurate recommendations and ensure a memorable guest experience.

You will verify guest ages for alcohol service, maintain clean work areas, and work with the kitchen staff to deliver orders on time. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proof of age and required local certifications for serving alcohol.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training as required.
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Know the menu to suggest items and answer questions.
• Take and record orders accurately and promptly.
• Verify guest ages for alcohol service.
• Seat Guests and ensure comfortable dining flow.
• Suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver food and beverages within established timeframes.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and guest spaces.
