Job summary

Cinemark is hiring a Server to greet Guests, suggest items, and provide knowledgeable service in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the crucial link between Guests and the kitchen/bar teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, maintaining full menu knowledge, processing orders, verifying ages for alcohol, and delivering orders with a focus on guest satisfaction. Prior serving or bar experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests.
• Verifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 for alcohol transactions.
• Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames.
• Provides excellent Guest service and supports kitchen and bar teams.
