Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine for our theater. You will guide Guests to order food and beverages, greet with a smile, share menu knowledge, and deliver fast counter service while coordinating with kitchen staff.

You may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as needed. Requirements include proof of age for alcohol, basic food handling training, Safe Alcohol Service training, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proof of age for serving, pouring, or mixing alcohol as required by state law.
• Basic food handling training and any local or state mandated certification.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders at the counter.
• Handle transactions on the assigned register with proper cash balance.
• Verify identification for alcohol transactions and ensure consumption in designated areas.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow PPE protocols.
