Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Server to greet Guests, suggest menu items, and deliver timely service in a fast-paced theater environment.

You will need strong knowledge of the menu, accurate order entry, and the ability to assist in alcohol service where permitted. A focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork will be essential as you support the kitchen and bar staff during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Proof of age required; serving alcohol may require 18+ (state rules vary)
• Completes basic food handling training and certifications as required by local/state law
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of menu items to enhance the Guest experience
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Verify age for alcohol transactions and ensure proper service areas
• Deliver orders within established timeframes and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
• Provide excellent Guest service and maintain cash handling accuracy
• Adhere to safety, security, and PPE guidelines as required
