Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server to warmly greet Guests, suggest menu items, and maintain strong knowledge of offerings. The role connects Guests with kitchen staff to ensure timely service in a fast-paced theater environment.

The position requires excellent guest service, accurate order taking, and compliance with alcohol service and safety policies. It offers opportunities for growth, benefits, and a team-focused workplace.

Formación

• Proof of age to serve alcohol where required.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certifications if needed.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion is required for staff serving alcohol.
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is expected.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on every shift; strong guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Clear verbal and written English communication; ability to work in team and follow directions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Verify age for all alcohol transactions and ensure responsible service.
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Seat Guests when applicable and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames.
• Wipe down and sanitize high-contact areas; maintain clean workspace.
• Use PPE as required and adapt to cleaning tasks.
