Qualifications

• Proof of age as required for serving or alcohol-related duties.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local health certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion for staff handling alcohol.
• Prior serving or bar experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Provides excellent Guest service and clear, effective communication in English.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions; respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner.
• Verify identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 for alcohol transactions.
• Deliver food and beverage orders within established time frames.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Wipe down and sanitize high-contact areas during shifts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Adapts to changing cleaning tasks and reports safety concerns to management.
