Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance registers.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all transactions done on assigned register (cash handling, tickets, logs).
• Verifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 for all alcohol transactions.
• Ensures alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow PPE guidelines.
