The role requires strong communication, the ability to stand for long periods, basic math, and cash handling, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Enhance guest experience through exceptional service.
• Respond to inquiries about venue hours, directions, and memorabilia.
• Scan tickets and assist Box Office when needed.
• Relay guest requests to appropriate staff and support theater operations.
• Maintain knowledge of venue policies and memorabilia.
• Assist guests with seating, Nightlife entry, and dress code questions.
• Operate in-house POS and related systems; process club entries and payments.
• Ensure cash is secured and paperwork is completed per company policy.
