Job summary

Trinity Repertory Company is seeking a part-time House Services Associate for the holiday overhire period. You will join the house services team, help with patron seating, usher coordination, and merchandise sales while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in event venues or hospitality is preferred. Training starts mid-October with performances running through late December.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent experience in customer service.
• Bilingual candidates and strong conversational Spanish skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Scanning tickets and directing patrons into the theater.
• Providing guidance and assistance to volunteer ushers.
• Answering patron questions and directing them as appropriate.
• Coordinating with the house services manager to foresee seating opportunities, including accessible seating.
• Complete daily checklists to ensure areas are safe and ready for patrons.
