Goodman Theatre in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to operate the information desk at 170 N. Dearborn and support patrons at both the Dearborn and Randolph venues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests in a professional, friendly and engaging manner
• Identify and anticipate guest needs
• Remain knowledgeable of all Goodman accessibility offerings
• Answer guest inquiries about Goodman services, facilities, box office, and surrounding area
• Accurately log and deliver packages, mail, and messages
• Follow all security and safety policies and procedures
• Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed
• Complete the opening & closing procedures of the facility
• Perform other duties as assigned
