Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support guests across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You may be scheduled as a variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employee, with primary responsibility to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include operating POS systems, upselling, promoting Regal Crown Club, and ensuring compliance with ticketing, safety, and dress code policies. Training on alcohol service is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion.
• If duties involve alcohol, complete any legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash drawer, cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and coupons.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell Premium Viewing Experience where applicable.
• Direct patrons to their seats, inspect and maintain theatre areas, and enforce MPAA guidelines.
