Qualifications

• Cast certification program completion required for cast member and box office cashier.
• Alcohol service training may be required where applicable.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash, credit, and tickets accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote loyalty program.
• Follow MPAA rating policies and guest service standards.
• Assist concession operations and ensure food safety compliance.
• Tear tickets, guide guests, and maintain theatre cleanliness.
• Perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
