Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to deliver exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Positions are classified as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly based on theatre needs and availability.

Primary duties include attendance, emergency response, cleaning, and dress code adherence, with opportunities to operate POS, upsell premium experiences, and promote Regal Crown Club while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accurate cash handling and ticket processing.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
• Promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure tickets comply with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously.
• Concession: manage stock, operate POS, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain crowd control and assist guests to seats.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales as directed.
