Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to provide exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, handling cash securely, upselling Regal Crown Club benefits, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest safety across the theater.

Team members may be scheduled as variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees, serving guests with a focus on a positive experience and adherence to company policies

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program; progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with accurate cash handling and payments.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell concessions and premium experiences.
• Assist with ushering duties, seating and crowd management; ensure MPAA compliance.
