Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across Box Office, Concession, and Usher duties. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintain attendance, and adhere to dress code and safety policies.

Positions include variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly roles. Responsibilities span ticketing, food service, safety, and guest assistance, with training on alcohol service where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: Operate POS, handle cash drawer, cards, vouchers, and tickets; upsell Premium Viewing options; promote Regal Crown Club; ensure MPAA compliance; respond to guest inquiries.
• Concession: Operate POS, manage cash and stock, promote Crown Club, clean equipment, follow food safety laws; breaks and alcohol rules where applicable.
• Usher: Tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA ratings, perform in-theatre sales, and maintain cleanliness.
