Job summary

Emagine Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service across theater operations including guest service, concessions, and facility cleanliness.

You will help promote products, support food preparation, and maintain a welcoming environment for every guest. The role requires strong customer service, interest in promoting rewards, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to

Responsibilities

Greet guests and educate about concessions, movies, ratings, and theater directions.
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
Identify and recommend additional concession and seating options to enhance the movie experience.
Promote our rewards program to every guest to enhance their Emagine experience.
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions for quick payment processing.
Enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to serve quality products.
Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and fryers safely.
Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby, and theatres for guest comfort.
Other duties as assigned.
