Job summary

Emagine Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Team Member to contribute to an exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service across concessions, auditorium, and facility upkeep.

You will support all areas of theater operations while promoting products and services to enhance the movie-going experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and advocating for the rewards program.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and operate point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, ratings, and theatre directions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
• Promote rewards program and upsell concession and seating options.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in concessions, auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby.
• Monitor and enforce Code of Conduct to ensure a safe guest experience.
