Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
• Identify and recommend additional concession and seating options to enhance the entertainment experience.
• Promote the rewards program to guests.
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions for quick payments.
• Monitor theater environment and enforce Code of Conduct for safety and comfort.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and safety.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure restrooms, lobby, and theatres are clean and guest-ready.
• Other duties as assigned.
