ASM Global in Richmond, VA is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to support the House Manager with event operations and guest services for patrons, including those with disabilities. You will supervise volunteers, uphold ADA policies, maintain safe front-of-house environments, and assist with incident reporting and staff training.

Additionally, you will assist in enforcing emergency procedures, coordinating with security and operations teams, and handling general tasks to keep events running

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required with basic ADA knowledge.
• Ability to supervise and train part-time staff and volunteers.
• Familiarity with ADA code requirements and safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the House Manager with front of house operations during events and guest services for guests with disabilities.
• Inform Event MOD of issues and respond to requests; supervise volunteer staff.
• Maintain ADA compliance for ticketing, entrance/exiting and accessibility.
• Patrol front-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, safety and security.
• Assist with incident logs/reports and emergency plan training.
