Job summary

Disney Experiences in Florida is seeking a Costume CAM Specialist to create patterns and technical drawings for Disney theater and costume production. You will analyze line drawings, write specifications in Excel, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate garment construction.

The role involves pattern digitizing, modifcation, and documentation within the garment production cycle, with shifts that may include overtime and evenings. An in-person assessment is required.

Qualifications

• Garment patterning, cutting, and construction knowledge.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and pattern development software.
• Familiarity with factory production environments and garment specs.

Responsibilities

• Create patterns for new development and modify existing ones.
• Build technical sketches and interpret line drawings.
• Write specifications and correction sheets in technical packs.
• Collaborate with vendors and costuming leaders across the organization.
• Pattern customization for individual garments and vendor sample assessment.
