Job summary

Disney stay leisure Costuming is seeking CAD Operators to help grow new costumes. You will work closely with gown designers, costumers, and costume improvement and implementation managers to ensure garments meet creative intent.

Responsibilities include creating production patterns and markers with CAD, maintaining digital docs, producing tech packs, and planning manufacturing timelines. This is a seasonal position with no guarantee of hours; report to the area manager, gown production.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with garment CAD systems, especially Gerber software.
• 1+ years’ experience in garment patternmaking, including marker making and grading.
• Experience in garment technical sketches and garment photo editing.
• Proficiency using Windows and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing of costumes for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
• Operate CAD to produce production patterns and markers.
• Create and maintain digital documentation of styles, markers, grading and annotations.
• Create tech packs from completed samples and maintain manufacturing planning timelines.
