Job summary

Disney Live Entertainment is seeking a Costume CAM Specialist to assist in translating designs into patterns and technical packs for theatrical and operational costumes. You will draft patterns, produce technical drawings, and maintain production documentation, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role involves digitizing and refining patterns in Illustrator, interpreting line drawings, and preparing specifications for garment production.

Qualifications

• Garment patterning, cutting, and construction knowledge.
• Exposure to fibers, manufactured or natural.
• Willingness to work around performers on stage and undress scenarios.
• Full availability for shifts including nights, weekends and holidays (depending on role).
• At least 18 years old and valid Driver’s License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build technical sketches using Illustrator or similar software.
• Create, analyze, and interpret line drawings.
• Create patterns for new development.
• Pattern customization for individual garments.
• Digitize, modify, and optimize patterns.
• Provide yields for BOM on replenishment orders.
• Collaborate with Costuming Leaders and attend cross‑department meetings.
• Input garment measurements and update documentation.
