Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide guests through food and beverage selections and provide engaging interactions in a fast-paced theater environment.

You will greet guests, know the menu, and cross-train as needed while ensuring compliance with alcohol service rules and safety protocols. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local health/date permits
• Safe Alcohol Service training required for those serving alcohol
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to take direction and respond with urgency

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner
• Know the bar and menu items to enhance guest experience
• Record food and beverage orders accurately
• Handle cash transactions and manage the register
• Verify ages for alcohol service
• Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas
• Use suggestive selling techniques
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure accurate orders
• Maintain sanitation in high-contact areas
• Adhere to safety and cleaning protocols
• Adapt to varying cleaning tasks
• Report safety concerns to management
• Perform other duties as assigned
