Job summary

Cinemark is hiring a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests, take orders, and deliver fast, friendly service at the theater. You’ll greet guests, learn the menu, and ensure accurate orders while complying with age verification for alcohol.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol; in some states 21.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local certifications.
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately at the counter.
• Handle transactions on the assigned register with proper cash balance.
• Verify guest age for alcohol; ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Support cross-training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
