The role emphasizes identifying guests’ needs, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and adhering to alcohol-service policies while supporting theater operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for serving, pouring or mixing alcohol (21 in some states).
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance and energetic attitude.
• Provides excellent guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Communicates effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately.
• Handle transactions with cash and tickets; balance cash register.
• Verify age for alcohol service and ensure area remains designated for alcohol consumption.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and sanitization standards.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines; adapt to cleaning tasks as needed.
