Responsibilities

• Walking through all spaces to confirm cleanliness standards have been met and readiness for guests.
• Welcoming and directing clients and guests arriving and managing elevator and door access.
• Ensuring all areas of the facility in use by the client are secure before, during, and after occupation; conduct safety checks.
• Performing a full lock up and building security after client departure by securing all access points.
• Reporting any maintenance and safety concerns as needed to manager.
