Qualifications

• Guard card not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Walk through all spaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Welcome and direct clients, manage elevator and door access.
• Ensure security before, during, and after client use; perform safety checks.
• Close up and secure building after client departure; report safety concerns.
