The Global Ambassador is a luxury property set at the intersection of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, known for its elevated dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to launch and lead a new concept at this premier hotel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Exceptional leadership and business acumen with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Open, curious mindset with a passion for delivering tailored guest experiences.
• Ability to lead and develop restaurant teams and drive success for the hotel.
• Collaborate on concept direction, menus, wine lists and upscale service standards.
• Oversee reservations, events, and financial performance with efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention todetail,and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Assistin developing and executing the overall concept,visionand direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options,ambianceand décor.
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant’s upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.
