Job summary

The Global Ambassador, a MICHELIN-keyed luxury hotel in Phoenix, seeks an experienced restaurant leader to launch and manage a premier dining concept within a renowned property. You’ll drive guest experiences, oversee operations, and mentor teams across six dining experiences and a private club.

Recognized by MICHELIN in 2024/2025 and featured in Esquire and Condé Nast Traveler, the property prides itself on world-class dining, wellness, and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
• Outstanding opportunity to help launch an exciting new restaurant concept at a premier luxury property.
• Open, curious mind with a desire to deliver tailored guest experiences.
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the hotel’s success through mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service.
• Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquets.
• Collaborate on concept development, vision and direction for the restaurant, including food and beverage programs and decor.
• Develop and execute menus, wine lists, and offerings aligned with upscale positioning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; foster positive relations with guests, vendors and staff.

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventorycontrols,and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seatingarrangements,and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests,vendors,and staff.
