The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ, invites a seasoned restaurant leader to launch and operate a luxury dining concept within a premier property. You will guide service standards, menu direction and team development to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment.
• Outstanding leadership, business acumen, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality.
• Open, curious mind with a desire to deliver tailored guest experiences.
• Ability to lead and mentor restaurant teams toward success.
• Help develop and execute restaurant concept, vision and direction, including F&B program and service standards.
• Collaborate on menus, wine lists and offerings aligned with upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, guest experiences, and financial performance.
• Oversee reservations, events, and guest relations; ensure compliance with laws.
• Foster positive relations with guests, vendors, and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• You have superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
• Assist in developing and executing the overall concept, vision and direction for the restaurant, including the food and beverage program, service style and standards, entertainment options, ambiance and décor.
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant's upscale positioning.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency of food and service, inventory controls, and financial performance.
• Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquet functions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff.

Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $100,000 USD
