Job summary

Ubiquiti Inc is looking for a UniFi Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to be based in Thailand. In this role, you will collaborate with enterprise clients, system integrators, MSPs, and distributors, driving sales expansion and representing UniFi at various events. The ideal candidate must understand networking concepts and have experience in pre-sales or system integration. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English are required, along with a degree in IT or Networking.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
• Hands-on experience in pre-sales or system integration.
• Familiarity with GPT tools for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical pre-sales design and consultation.
• Produce BoMs, topologies, and configuration recommendations.
• Conduct live and online product demos.
• Support partners with enablement and retail engagement.
• Build brand visibility across key Thai IT and ProAV markets.

Skills

Understanding of MC‑LAG, Stacking, BGP, OSPF, and SD‑WAN

Knowledge of AV‑over‑IP, PTP, and multicast/IGMP systems

Familiar with SIP, VoIP routing, and UniFi Talk

Experience with RAID, NFS/SMB, and backup systems

Familiarity with UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP cameras, and Access Control Systems

Fluent in Thai and proficient in English

Education

Degree in IT or Networking

Certification (CCNA/CCNP/UEWA) preferred
