FOURESS SYNERGY is seeking a procurement and pricing leader to develop Thailand-market strategies for raw materials (plastics, polymers) with a focus on margins and supplier performance. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive value and governance across pricing, negotiations, and compliance.

The successful candidate will have 3–7 years in procurement or pricing, strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable

• Define and implement Thailand-specific pricing frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Establish pricing principles, approval guardrails, and discount/rebate structures.
• Lead pricing review forums to ensure data-driven pricing decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance, margin trends, and cost fluctuations.
• Conduct scenario analysis and profitability assessments to support commercial strategy.
• Recommend corrective actions to improve value capture.
• Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials and category-specific procurement.
• Maintain strong relationships with Thai and regional suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Evaluate supplier performance, risk, quality, and compliance.
• Analyze Thailand market trends, competitor pricing, and cost drivers.
• Provide actionable insights to sales, finance, and leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, pricing governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing files, and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align pricing and procurement decisions.
• Support commercial teams with rapid pricing inputs for deal closures.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Monitor cost headwinds and develop mitigation plans.
