Zohorecruit is seeking a meticulous Freight Pricing Specialist to join our Cross-Border Trade & Pricing Operations team in Thailand. You will be the analytical backbone, securing competitive freight rates and optimizing margins across regional cross-border movements.

Responsibilities include rate procurement, cost analysis, market monitoring, RFQs & tenders, and margin optimization. Required 2–3 years in freight pricing, strong Excel skills, TMS exposure, and fluency in Thai and English.

Department: Cross-Border Trade & Pricing Operations

We are currently establishing our logistics presence in Thailand and are seeking a meticulous and highly strategic Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our cross-border trade operations, ensuring competitive pricing, strong vendor management, and optimized profit margins for regional land, sea, or air freight.

Key Responsibilities

Rate Procurement & Management: Negotiate, secure, and maintain competitive freight rates with carriers, shipping lines, and cross-border trucking vendors.

Quotation & Cost Analysis: Provide accurate, timely, and profitable freight quotes to the sales team and corporate clients for regional cross-border movements.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, fuel surcharges, and fluctuating capacity to dynamically adjust pricing strategies.

RFQs & Tenders: Manage the end-to-end pricing workflow for large-scale customer RFQs (Request for Quotes) and tender submissions.

Margin Optimization: Analyze cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability per shipment.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing, routing, or cost analysis, specifically focused on cross-border logistics.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas) and exposure to Transport Management Systems (TMS).

Languages: Professional fluency in Thai and English to coordinate effectively with regional stakeholders and global carriers.

Key Traits: Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines for urgent quote requests.
