Job summary

amo is seeking an ambitious Content Specialist to own and grow the Thai market from our Paris base. You will lead all Thai content and creator efforts, crafting TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads that drive growth and engagement.

You will manage Thai creators, test bold ideas, and collaborate with paid media to translate content into results while staying deeply connected to Thai memes and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short‑form content (brand/agency/creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving constructive feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and Thai creator landscape.
• Thai and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Thailand.
• Willing to work in person in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Thailand and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Thai market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Thai creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Thai creators and micro‑influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas quickly, and shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Thai-focused activations.
