amo is hiring a Content Specialist to own the Balkan market and drive growth for Bump. You’ll create engaging TikTok/Reels content, manage Balkan creators, and test bold ideas that scale. Hybrid Paris presence or fully remote from Balkan countries enables fast-moving experimentation with a high-energy team.

You’ll test 10 ideas to find the 1 that blows up, working closely with growth, distribution, and product to shape creative direction.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Balkan creator landscape.
• Proficiency in a Balkan language and English.

Aufgaben

• Own the Balkan market content strategy and growth.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Balkan region.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Balkan creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with Balkan creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to convert content into performance.
• Identify trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help creators shine.
• Collaborate daily with Paris team on growth and product direction.
• Participate in brainstorms and shape creative direction.
