Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks Thai bilingual experts to contribute to an AI training project aimed at improving Thai-language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Thai audio content, judge linguistic quality, and provide detailed feedback in English, following established guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Thai proficiency and English communication skills are essential for success in this remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• Proficient English communication (B2+).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Ability to clearly explain observations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio content and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justify evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI Thai language models.
• Complete assigned audio reviews accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
