Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or technical equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in National/Key/Strategic Accounts sales in the food industry.
• Expertise in texture ingredients, product functionality & processing.
• Proven ability to develop and manage supplier partnerships & contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and sales meetings.
• 1+ years of Microsoft CRM experience; Dynamics 365 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market growth initiatives by identifying opportunities and communicating pipeline status.
• Enable sales teams with product benefits, applications, and market positioning.
• Deliver training on hydrocolloids and starches to customers and internal teams.
• Identify new segments and go-to-market opportunities to grow share.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product line GTM strategies.
• Support customer engagement through meetings, visits, and business development.
• Expand product penetration within existing accounts and win new opportunities.
• Serve as texture product expert supporting Product Management, TBD, and Sales.
• Develop and close new business opportunities with suppliers.
• Invest in ongoing professional development and industry knowledge.
