Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to join our team. You will process donated items, price and tag them, and ensure the sales floor is well stocked with quality merchandise.

Excellent customer service is essential as you interact with shoppers and staff in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position offers daily pay eligibility, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and a PSLF-eligible employer status.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, staff and peers.
• Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items to determine what goes to the sales floor.
• Price, tag and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect items to ensure good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
• Maintain organized, clean and well-stocked production and sales areas.
• Support other departments as needed and cross-train when required.
• May assist with e-commerce product processing.
