Fourth Floor in New York City is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to manage end-to-end packaging across brands, ensuring assets, approvals, and production files move on time.

This role requires 3–4+ years of project coordination experience, packaging/print production knowledge, and strong Excel, organization, and communication skills. Ideal candidates come from the textile or consumer products sector and will join a hybrid NYC setup.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years project coordination/management experience.
• Experience in consumer products, home, apparel, retail, packaging, or licensing preferred.
• Strong Excel, organization, communication, and follow-through abilities.
• Packaging/print production knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage packaging projects from RFQ through final approval and production.
• Coordinate across Product, Brand, Design, Production, vendors & overseas teams.
• Own timelines, trackers, approvals, samples, and deadlines.
• Ensure information, assets, approvals, and production files move between teams on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet packaging requirements.
