Job summary

Revman International in New York, NY seeks a Packaging Project Coordinator to own end-to-end packaging development across brands. This is a project-management role focused on timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination rather than design work.

Responsibilities include managing RFQ through final production, coordinating with Product/Brand teams, packaging, and overseas offices, and maintaining tracking and schedules under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or 5+ years related experience.
• 3–4 years of project-management or project-coordination experience in consumer products or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging projects from RFQ through final approval, production release, and delivery with defined milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to gather product details, dimensions, materials, and launch timing.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers to secure brand direction, approvals, and messaging.
• Coordinate with Packaging on deliverables, revisions, priorities, and deadlines and ensure assets are incorporated.
• Serve as central contact among Product Management, Brand Management, Packaging, Production, and overseas offices.
• Maintain master packaging trackers, timelines, and approval logs across brands and launches.
• Lead regular packaging status meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Coordinate samples, mockups, and pre-production approvals with Production and overseas teams.
