Job summary

KI seeks a full-time Textile Warehouse Specialist for the Textile Team at its Green Bay manufacturing facility on 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is provided within the first year of employment. Primary duties include pulling upholstery, updating ERP, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, are team players, and comfortable with computers and measuring tasks. This position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and able to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Pull upholstery from warehouse locations using reports.
• Locate received material and store it in racking.
• Transfer products between locations using the computer.
• Receive Ingrade, Pallas, and KOM upholstery materials.
• Update ERP with material movements.
• Complete monthly cycle counts.
• Adjust inventory as needed.
• Notify buyer of shortages and surpluses.
• Manage excess upholstery materials.
• Prepare materials for shipment.

Job Duties

• Pull upholstery from warehouse locations using report
• Locating material received into system and store in racking
• Transfer product from warehouse location to the end location using the computer
• Receive Ingrade, Pallas, & KOM upholstery material to inventory locations
• Update ERP system with material moves
• Complete cycle counts monthly
• Adjust inventory
• Communicate material shortages to buyer and cells
• Manage excess upholstery material
• Prepare materials from upholstery warehouse for shipment

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment

Shift

• This is a 1st Shift position.
• Overtime during busy season
