Job summary

KI, a leading supplier of innovative furniture solutions, is seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant for our Green Bay manufacturing site. The shift is 7:30am-4:00pm, and you will pull orders, sort items for shipping, and prepare fabric for cutting and distribution.

You will inspect fabric rolls, label issues, track samples in Excel, and help maintain organized racks by location. A High School diploma and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are required, with a team-oriented positive attitude

Qualifications

• Must have reading skills and basic document handling.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are required.
• Keyboarding skills are necessary for data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and sort according to shipping requirements.
• Pull proper fabric to fulfill orders.
• Cut fabric to size, bag it and send to shipping.
• Inspect incoming fabric rolls ensuring flaws are marked and yardage is correct.
• Place fabric rolls on racks sorted by location range.
• Take appropriate fabric rolls from racks to the Fed Ex machine.
• Fill fabric sample requests for customers and sales reps.
• Track daily and monthly samples via Excel spreadsheet program.

Minimum Requirements:
