Job summary

KI, a leading furniture supplier, is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Technician for our Green Bay team on the 3rd shift. The role includes pulling parts, loading trailers, inventory control, and collaborating with buyers.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with a $3.00 per hour shift differential; a raise is expected within the first year. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, wellness resources, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work on a 3rd shift and adapt to shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from warehouse locations using faxes and run sheets.
• Package and load product on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Locate parts on racks and in computer systems.
• Communicate part shortages to buyers and cells.
• Support training of technicians and receive inbound freight.
• Identify contents of unmarked packages and route to owner.

Job Description

A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties

• Pull parts from warehouse locations using the rush faxes and daily run sheets
• Package and load product on trailers using forklift or pallet jack
• Locating parts received on rack and on computer
• Communicate part shortages to buyer and cells
• Support training of technicians
• Receive inbound freight
• Identify contents of unmarked packages and get them to the appropriate owner
• Transfer product from warehouse location to the end location using the computer
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Complete regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment

Shift

• This is a 3rd Shift position
• Hours are10pm-6am Sunday night to Friday Morning
• Starting rate of $20.00/hour
• 3rd Shift premium of $3.00/hour
