Job summary

Collins Aerospace Pueblo site is seeking a Textile Operator I to learn setup, calibration, and operation of textile production equipment for carbon‑carbon brake components.

You will train on the Preform Lectra System and related tools, perform quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement on 12-hour rotating shifts with built-in overtime. Strong growth opportunities and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a HS Diploma or a GED.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to engineering instructions, SOPs, and department procedures.
• Learn data entry requirements and process documentation.
• Operate textile manufacturing and test equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks and statistics.
• Maintain safety and company policies.
