Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Textile Operator I to learn setup, calibration, and operation of textile production machines. Training includes Preform Lectra System, forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools in a dynamic machining environment.

The role offers rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with 4-on/4-off cycles, overtime, and a path for advancement within a structured manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Person as defined in policy.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to engineering instructions, SOPs, and procedures.
• Learn and assist with data entry and process documentation.
• Set up and operate textile manufacturing and test equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks, SPC, and related tests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operate Preform Lectra System, forklifts, scissor lifts, and power tools.
• Meet target productivity and support other departments as needed.
