Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Vista, California is seeking a Load Builder to join the production and distribution team. You will receive finished products from production and assemble customer orders for shipment.

Responsibilities include reviewing packing requirements, placing products into carts, bins, or storage, and maintaining product flow to support delivery schedules. You will log in and out of Spindle and follow safety procedures including PPE.

Qualifications

• Recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Inspection of finished products to identify quality concerns.
• Follow written packing instructions and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products and organize for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into carts, bins, or storage.
• Maintain product flow to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards, including PPE.
• Log in and out of Spindle productivity tracking system.
